Week I: Relationship MOT.
Week II: IDENTIFY.
Week III: EXERCISE.
Week IV: Review, Conclude & Cool.
Similarly to health fitness, you as a couple may not have apparent issues to fix but it is always a good idea to get proactive about it. You are promised to walk away as energised and optimistic as after a successful workout.
*The fee applies per couple, as a fixed cost for the duration of above program of four weeks, one hour session per week; further T&Cs apply.
